WARRANTY & REPAIRS

​At Noah Kaplan Design, every piece is created with care and meticulous attention to quality. Our jewelry is crafted from precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones, and made according to the highest design and production standards.

1. Warranty Coverage

​

1.1 The Studio provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects only.

1.2 Covered manufacturing defects include:

​

  • Structural metal defects.
     

  • Faulty soldering.
     

  • Prong or bezel defects that arise from incorrect production rather than impact or wear.
     

1.3 The warranty applies only to pieces purchased directly from the Studio and requires proof of purchase.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

​

The warranty does not cover:

​

  • Scratches, dents, patina, or normal wear and tear.
     

  • Bending of rings or jewelry due to pressure or impact.
     

  • Stones lost due to external force, snagging, or accidental damage.
     

  • Exposure to chemicals, pools, hot tubs, or cleaning agents.
     

  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or resizing by third parties.
     

  • Loss or theft of the jewelry or stones.
     

  • Stones or materials supplied by the customer (the warranty covers workmanship only).

     

3. Evidence & Inspection

3.1 The Studio documents each piece before shipping with photos/videos.
3.2 Customers must provide clear photos/videos showing any issue.
3.3 Warranty assessment requires physical inspection by the Studio.
3.4 A defect qualifies as a manufacturing defect only when:

​

  • There is no visible impact, deformation, or bending.
     

  • The error pattern is consistent with production failure.
     

  • The setting shows no trauma or signs of external force.

     

4. Warranty Remedies

​

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:

​

  • The Studio will repair the piece at no cost, or
     

  • Replace it with a similar piece, or
     

  • Refund the purchase if repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
     

Remedies are subject to material availability and reasonable production time.

5. Repairs Outside Warranty

​

The Studio offers paid repairs for:

​

  • Resizing.
     

  • Stone replacement.
     

  • Prong tightening.
     

  • Reshaping.
     

  • Cleaning, polishing, and refinishing.
     

An estimate will be provided and must be approved in writing before work begins.
Cleaning that does not require repair is generally free, subject to reasonable use and appointment.

6. Gifting

​

The warranty applies to the piece, not only to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

7. Submitting a Warranty or Repair Claim

​

Customers must provide:

​

  • Full name.
     

  • Order number.
     

  • Purchase date.
     

  • Description of the issue.
     

  • Photos/videos showing the concern.
     

Shipping the piece to the Studio for inspection is the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law.

8. Relation to Law

​

Nothing in this policy limits rights granted under Israeli consumer law.
In case of any conflict, Israeli law prevails.
