SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Production & Shipping
 

Made to Order

​

Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted and made to order.
Even catalog designs are produced individually after each order, using molds designed by Noah and refined, polished, and inspected by hand in our Herzliya studio to meet our quality standards.

​

Because production begins specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, as permitted by Israeli Consumer Protection Law and the Remote Sales Regulations.
Production begins once payment has cleared, not when the order is first submitted.

​

Production time is 14–21 business days from the date of payment (Sunday–Thursday; Israeli holidays excluded).
Custom or engraved pieces may take longer.

Local ( Israel ) Shipping
 

  • Door-to-door courier service anywhere in Israel.
     

  • Free for orders ₪ 1,000 and up; otherwise ₪ 49.
     

  • Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after dispatch (remote areas such as Eilat, Golan, Arava may take longer).
     

  • You may also collect your order directly from our studio by appointment once it’s ready.

     

International Shipping
 

  • Shipped with FedEx or DHL, door to door.
     

  • Flat rate 95 USD.
     

  • Typical transit 4–7 business days after dispatch (customs may delay).
     

  • Orders over 500 USD require a signature upon delivery.
     

Each item is carefully packed and protected to ensure safe arrival.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

​

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Delivery Estimates & Risk

​

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to couriers, customs, and local conditions.
All shipments are photographed and documented before leaving our studio to confirm condition.
Responsibility for the parcel passes to you once delivery is confirmed (courier scan or signature).
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with clear photos so we can help file a claim or repair.

2. Cancellations, Returns & Store Credit

​

Cancellations

​

Because all jewelry is made to order and individually refined, you may cancel only within 24 hours of payment.
If cancellation occurs within that period, any refund will be made minus the lower of 5 % or ₪ 100 (as permitted by law).
After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations or refunds are not possible, unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable / Final-Sale Items

​

The following are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange (except for verified manufacturing defects):

​

  • Custom-made or bespoke designs (including unique stones or special orders).
     

  • Engraved, resized, or personalized items.
     

  • Rings manufactured to your size or with stones set specifically for your order.
     

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
     

  • Sale or discounted items marked final sale.
     

 

Eligible Returns & Store Credit

​

For standard catalog pieces that are not in the final-sale categories above, returns may be approved within 14 days of delivery confirmation at our discretion.
If approved:

​

  • The piece must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
     

  • Store credit (valid for 60 days) will be issued for the item value once it is received and inspected.
     

  • Cash refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
     

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend keeping your courier receipt and tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
     

  • Original shipping, customs, and taxes are non-refundable.

     

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your jewelry arrived defective, email mynoahkaplan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery confirmation with your order number and clear photos.
Once inspected, we will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with Israeli law.
Minor variations in metal tone, texture, or gemstone color are natural in handcrafted pieces and not considered defects.

3. Warranty & Repairs

​

All jewelry includes a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, or alterations by third parties.
If your piece needs care, we’ll assess and offer a complimentary repair (if under warranty) or a quoted repair (if not).
We believe in lasting craftsmanship and will always do our best to restore your jewelry to perfection.

4. Legal Notice

​​

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
This policy is designed in accordance with Israeli law and does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
Any dispute will be handled under Israeli jurisdiction in the courts of Tel Aviv.
